A torn-up roofline after a storm isn't a "get to it next week" problem, and we don't treat it like one — Roof Repair Smedway answers, scopes the damage, and dispatches a crew across Poulan fast.
Roof Repair Smedway grew out of Poulan, GA job sites, not a corporate rollout plan — that's still how we staff every Roofing crew we send to Poulan.
Every lead technician we send to a Poulan property carries current Poulan, GA licensing and full insurance, and we'll produce that paperwork before you ask twice.
We've replaced enough botched patch jobs from other companies to know exactly what corner-cutting looks like a year later — drywall stains, soft decking, mold nobody can see yet.
Proof of licensing before the first ladder goes up.
A midnight call gets the same urgency as a noon call.
Every price is itemized, not eyeballed over the phone.
We already know Poulan's weather patterns and permit process.
A roof rarely just fails one day — it usually spends months quietly showing signs that get written off as cosmetic.
None of the six signs below require an emergency call on their own, but each one is worth a scheduled inspection before it turns into something bigger.
Heavy granule loss usually means the shingles are nearing the end of their service life.
Once a shingle starts warping, its seal against wind-driven rain is already compromised.
Daylight visible through the attic roof boards means water has the same path in.
Stains grow slowly, which is exactly why they get ignored until they spread.
Rooms that run noticeably hotter than the rest of the house often trace back to roof or attic issues.
Even a small missing section can let in enough water to rot decking in a single storm.
We split our work into specific service lanes because a wind-lifted shingle and a full system replacement need completely different crews and timelines.
Below is the full breakdown of what we cover in Poulan, so you can see roughly where your situation fits before you even call.
When wind or hail rips open a section of roofing, we tarp it fast to stop water intrusion, then schedule the permanent fix right behind it.
Our residential scope covers shingle repair, full reroofs, ventilation upgrades, and skylight flashing fixes.
Commercial roofs run different membrane systems entirely, and our crews are trained specifically on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen.
Material selection is part of the replacement conversation, matched to your climate exposure and budget.
Post-storm inspections give homeowners documented evidence, useful whether or not a claim gets filed.
If your roof has an architectural quirk, we scope it personally rather than forcing a standard fix.
Four steps, no surprises in between — here's exactly what happens after you pick up the phone.
Call +1-844-212-9199, describe the issue, and dispatch routes it to the nearest available Poulan crew.
The inspection covers decking, flashing, and ventilation, not just the obvious visible damage.
An itemized estimate is delivered before any work starts, covering materials, labor, and cleanup.
Warranty paperwork is handed over the same day the job wraps.
We could list a dozen more reasons to work with us, but these six are the ones Poulan homeowners mention most often when they leave a review.
Crews based in Poulan, GA reach Poulan faster than out-of-area companies quoting a multi-week wait.
The number you approve in writing is the number on your final invoice, barring an approved scope change.
Crews carry moisture meters and proper fall protection on every job site.
Every job includes a written labor warranty separate from the shingle manufacturer's coverage.
We've worked with enough local carriers to know what actually speeds up claim approval.
Our technicians explain their reasoning so you're deciding with full information.
Every job closes with a written workmanship guarantee, separate from whatever the material manufacturer already covers — if something's wrong, we come back and fix it.
We also guarantee the number on your estimate — barring a scope change you approve first, that's the number on your invoice.
If you ever need to use the guarantee, the process is a phone call, not a fight.
If your address sits just past our standard Poulan radius, dispatch can usually still work something out.
When a storm moves through Poulan, GA and call volume spikes, active leaks get prioritized first while we communicate realistic wait times for everything else.
We'd rather confirm coverage on a quick call than have a homeowner assume they're out of range and skip calling entirely.
